Concessions at HHO
At HHO we believe everyone should have access to the benefits of nature, movement and community. That’s why we offer a number of concessionary Friendships for those who need additional support.
A shared commitment
HHO is built by the community, for the community.
By keeping our concession offer targeted and sustainable, and with the support of those who choose to contribute more, we can make sure HHO remains open, inclusive and here for the long term
How our concession works
Our approach is simple and fair:
- Focused on those who need it most
- Easy to apply for and manage
- Based on clear eligibility criteria
- Supported by our community through Pay It Forward Friendships
We’ve chosen to offer a more generous reduction than many local leisure providers, but to keep this sustainable, concessions are carefully managed.

Means-tested benefits
- Universal Credit
