What is HHO

HHO is more than an activity centre.
It’s a space for wellbeing, connection and community, where people of all ages and backgrounds can come together to connect, move, learn, and spend time in nature.

Health and fitness
Healthy, happy, and inclusive. At HHO, we offer everything from high-energy HIIT and strength classes to restorative yoga and pilates. With dedicated family sessions and a programme built for every ability.
Wellbeing
Relax and calm your mind and body in our stunning, peaceful surroundings. Whether it's meditation and breathwork or hot and cold therapy, we will have everything to clear your mind and breathe.
Watersports
Coming soon: Our watersports offering is in build phase. We are working closely with industry experts and our current user groups to put together an exciting programme later in the year.
SloMo Sauna x HHO

We are so excited to announce Slomo Sauna are joining us at HHO.
Slomo x HHO is a very beautiful site based on the north facing side of Hengistbury Head facing Christchurch Harbour. Nestled between reed beds at this newly revamped outdoor centre with so many other activities to try when you’re not in our beautiful wood fired sauna or cold plunge…a real Dorset delight.

Our user groups
HHO is already home to several user groups and clubs, who offer a wide range of activities from sailing to canoeing, dragon boating to bird watching.
